Never Knew I Needed

This little boy that I never knew I wanted is turning out to be exactly what I needed. All that time I spent fretting, the fears I had, wondering whether my heart could find enough room to love another as much as I love my daughter, have been completely unfounded.

Never Knew I Needed

They change you for the better. I slowly came to the realization that my friends changed me to be a funnier and happier person and I could never truly be the best version of myself without them. Whenever you are going through a difficult period in your life, such as a family issue or a breakup, they encourage you to take the necessary measures to be happy with yourself. They transform you into a new human being, confident and strong to approach the real world again. They are the true supporters and cheerleaders on the sidelines.

Through my experiences with high school, I have developed a tight group of friends that I can proudly call my family. I have cried with them in their cars, laughed so loudly that I cried, fought with them over trivial problems, and offered advice on every situation possible. No matter how old I get or if my memory becomes fuzzy, I will never be able to forget the warm memories I have made with my family.

So long to feeling overwhelmed at the end of my day and resorting to fast food. Long gone are the days of racking my brain over what to cook and how to get the ingredients I need. SideChef and Walmart+ are the dynamic duo I never knew I needed. Together they give me the convenience and accessibility to end my day exactly how I want, with a home-cooked meal.

To me that's funny you never using real. The funny thing is that this is the first time that I'm not using real garland in the house. Last year was a garland disaster. Lets just say 75 feet of tangled wet sappy garland all over my staircase and entrance. Stuck everywhere, rugs, socks. It even stuffed up my vacuum. This was the first time it ended up in a big knot. The end result was beautiful, but what a mess. So this year I bought real looking fake garland. Looks pretty, but when you do a big change all my décor doesn't match, and now it's slim pickings to find what I'm looking for. So next year, I have to start in July. Anyway, your entrance looks beautiful.

When I started my maternity leave 4 weeks before my due date, I was so focused on cleaning and decluttering the entire house (because I was told it would never be clean again) and setting up a cute nursery (because it has to be Gram-ready, right?). What I wish I would have done instead was to read up on sleep training and learn how to use and clean my breast pump parts. Instead of trying to KonMari my dresser and closet, I wish I had better figured out how to set up a cleaning station for pump and bottle parts.

This sounds a little weird, but these pee pee pads were some of the most surprising things I never knew I would need with a baby. But they proved to be super useful to reduce laundry loads, keep things clean during blowouts, and a quick changing station anywhere in public!

If you have an iPhone 5 or newer (it's not compatible with anything older), just turn the earphones on to start using them. As long as Bluetooth is turned on, you'll immediately see a pop-up screen asking you to pair them. No setup, no searching through the settings menu. And if you have an Apple Watch synced to your phone, you should automatically see the BeatsX as an output option when you're playing music on the watch. And the iPhone never forgets the earphones unless you choose to forget them. You'll just have to unpair them from your device before connecting them to another device.

I wore them on my commute in the morning to listen to my podcasts, listened to music during my toning session at the gym, around my neck at work, in my ears for a jog on the beach and dangling around my neck again while running errands. The buds clip together magnetically when they're hanging around your chest so you can wear them like a necklace or lanyard if you don't mind the look (I didn't). They faded into the background and were always there when I needed them. And since the cable doesn't tangle, if you ever have to take them off and stick them in your purse or pocket, you won't have to worry about knots.

Yes! After two days of wearing them around the clock, my biggest complaint was the color of the cord which was no longer white thanks to a mix of makeup and dirt. So take advantage of the darker color options. I used them way more than my clunky Tones, and knotted earbuds, and reached for my phone a lot less thanks to the easy pairing. They never interfered with my day to day, and just worked well when I needed them.

Through a friend Greg found and diligently worked on a 12-step recovery program to deal with issues and bad habits resulting from his formative years and earlier depression. I envied how he was working through his issues and growing. Now, he was leading in Celebrate Recovery and God was transforming him. I begged him to tell me the formula, or at least what was wrong with me so I could fix it. But he said I needed to attend myself and allow God to work on it with me. In 2017 God directed my steps so that I could resign from numerous commitments and I began my own healing journey. 041b061a72
